Sherry graduated as Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney. She has worked as a private practice dietitian after graduation. She is specialised in pregnancy, weight management, diabetes, cardiac health, IBD and cancer. She is dedicated to coach people recover from age related diseases with proper nutrition, appropriate treatment and a positive mind. She believes people should have consistent health, energy and vitality

Cathy has worked in various community roles before becoming a Registered Psychologist. She had worked as a mentor for newly arrived immigrants to assist with their adjustment and integration needs including management of cultural expectations and coping with family separation, while they face their financial hardships and overcome academic/vocational challenges. She has previously worked with children (K-12) living with sensory and developmental disability, young people at risks of homelessness, and adults with complex mental health issues.

Cathy utilises evidence-based psychological interventions and practises in 1-1 counselling, couples therapies and group interventions. Cathy is a Member of the APS (Australian Psychological Society), and her areas of interest include adjustment issues, stress management, work burn-out, depression, anxiety and addiction problems. In her spare time, she leads a local unit of Junior Girl Guides empowering young girls to develop their independence and emotional resilience.

Graduated from Bachelor of podiatric medicine at Western Sydney University, Jason  has had placement in numerous locations working daily with patients to maintain their mobility, independence and improve their quality of life.

Jason also had 15 years as a Personal Trainer. In the role, he is required to interact with clients regularly and provide quality service that meets client’s goals and needs.

Leo is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 15 years’ experience working in private practice with special interest in the spinal column, rheumatology and pain management. He has had the privilege to work for a decade alongside world leading spine surgeons where he honed in his skills on the non-operative treatment of the spinal column and spinal imaging using MRI. More recently, he has been working with a team of rheumatologist and rheumatology physios to provide connected care to patients suffering from arthritis, musculoskeletal condition and autoimmune diseases.

He has been involved in the running of Spinal Physiotherapy A and B for a number of years as part of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and continues to be involved with the tutoring program.

Outside of the physiotherapy world, Leo is a father of 2 young kids and can’t wait to introduce them to some of his favourite things including hiking, basketball and building Lego.
